Divine Saint Shri Ghanshyam Das Ji Maharaj is the soulmate of the fifth original Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. He is a divine saint from Braj who teaches the spiritual aspirants to worship Shri Radha Krishna.
He appeared as the eldest son of Mother Padma. He also has the special love and blessings of his mother Padma. He has most of the qualities of both his mother and father. Meeting him once gets a clear impression that he is the symbolic form of Shri Maharaj Ji. . Devotees experience immense joy and peace in his company.
By the immense grace of Lord Krishna, his childhood was spent in the streets of Braj. He studied the basics of Sanskrit language at Sanskrit Pathshala from "Vrindavan Nimbark Pathshala" (Gurukul). He had memorized "Bhagavad Gita" and "Laghu Siddhant Kaumudi" at the age of 8.
He studied MA in philosophy and graduation in Bachelor of Law , but leaving all the entanglements of the world, he has been residing in Vrindavan with a free heart and remained absorbed in the devotion of Shri Radha Krishna since so many years.
The knowledge of scriptures including 4 vedas, Geeta, Bhagwat, 18 Puranas, Ramayana etc. was naturally acquired by him since his birth by the grace of his father and Guru the Fifth Original Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj.
Divine Saint Shri Ghanshyam Das ji has written many books on Radha Krishna bhakti. Some of them are "Bhakti Tatva Vidha", book of biography of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj: "Jagadguru Kripalu Charitamrit".He has also written and composed many Bhajans on Radha Krishna Bhakti, few of them are "Pyaro Lage Nandlala", "Bhakti Ras Vidha", "Ghanshyam Bhajan Ras", "Prem Sankirtan", " Ramayana”, “Jagadguru Chalisa” etc. greatly melt the hearts of the seekers. His emotional poetry filled devotion in the hearts of the devotees.
Divine Saint Shri Ghanshyam Das Ji Maharaj did not allow his devotion and his storehouse of divine talent and divine knowledge to be displayed during the incarnation of his revered father and Guru Shri Jagadguru Kripalu Ji Maharaj out of respect for his father. After Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj's departure to Golok, he dedicated his life to the propagation of devotion to Shri Krishna.
His childlike simple nature attracts devotees a lot. All the spiritual curiosities of devotees is instantly solved by him . The essence of Braj Ras is evident in his kirtans. This is only the matter of experience , It is impossible to describe it in words.The devotees must take advantage of his divine satsang and associations.

दिव्य संत श्री घनश्याम दास जी महाराज पंचम मूल जगद्गुरू श्री कृपालु जी महाराज के आत्मज हैं। वे ब्रज के एक दिव्य संत हैं जो श्री राधा कृष्ण की उपासना करने की शिक्षा साधकों को देते हैं।
वे माँ पद्मा के ज्येष्ठ सुपुत्र के रूप में अवतरित हुए। उन्हें अपनी पद्मा माँ का विशेष स्नेह और आशीर्वाद भी प्राप्त है। माता और पिता दोनों के अधिकांश गुण उन्हें प्राप्त हैं। उनसे मिलकर स्पष्ट आभास हो जाता है कि वे श्री महाराज जी के प्रतीकात्मक स्वरूप हैं। उनके संग से भक्तों को अत्यंत आनंद और शांति का अनुभव होता है।
श्री कृष्ण की असीम कृपा से उनका बाल्य काल ब्रज की गलियों में ही व्यतीत हुआ है। संस्कृत भाषा का मूलभूत अध्ययन उन्होंने संस्कृत पाठशाला "वृंदावन निंबार्क पाठशाला" (गुरुकुल) से ही प्रारंभ की थी। उन्हें 8 वर्ष की आयु में ही "भगवद्गीता" और "लघु सिद्धांत कौमुदी" कंठस्थ हो गई थी।
उन्होंने दर्शनशास्त्र से MA तथा विधि स्नातक की शिक्षा भी प्राप्त की है किंतु संसार के समस्त जंजालों का परित्याग कर मुक्त हृदय से वृंदावन वास करके श्री कृष्ण भक्ति में लीन रहे।
उन्हें चारों वेद, गीता, भागवत सहित 18 पुराण, रामायण आदि ग्रंथों का ज्ञान उनके पिता एवं गुरु श्री पंचम मूल जगद्गुरू कृपालु जी महाराज की कृपा से जन्मतः सहज ही प्राप्त है।
शदिव्य संत श्री घनश्याम दास जी की प्रकाशित सिद्धांत की पुस्तकें: "भक्ति तत्व विधा", जगद्गुरू श्री कृपालु जी महाराज की जीवनी की पुस्तक : "जगद्गुरू कृपालु चरितामृत", पद संग्रह पुस्तकें: "प्यारो लगे नंदलाला", "भक्ति रस विधा", "घनश्याम भजन रस", "प्रेम संकीर्तन", "संक्षिप्त रामायण", "जगद्गुरू चालीसा" आदि साधकों के हृदय को बरबस द्रवित करती हैं। उनका भावपूर्ण काव्य साधकों के हृदय में भक्ति का संचार कराता है।
शदिव्य संत श्री घनश्याम दास जी महाराज ने अपने पूज्य पिता एवं गुरु श्री जगद्गुरू कृपालु जी महाराज के अवतार काल में अपनी भक्ति तथा अपने दिव्य प्रतिभा और दिव्य ज्ञान के भंडार को अपने पिता के सम्मान हेतु प्रदर्शित नहीं होने दिया। श्री कृपालु जी महाराज के गोलोक गमन के पश्चात् श्री कृष्ण भक्ति के प्रचार कार्य हेतु उन्होंने अपना जीवन समर्पित किया है।
उनका बालवत् सरल स्वभाव जीवों को बरबस आकर्षित करता है। उनके द्वारा जीवों की समस्त आध्यात्मिक जिज्ञासाओं का समाधान किया जाता है। उनके कीर्तनों में तो साक्षात् ब्रज रस बरसता ही है। यह केवल अनुभवगम्य विषय है, इसका शब्दों में वर्णन करना असंभव है। साधक जन उनके दिव्य सत्संग का लाभ अवश्य ही लें।
